30-day returns
Request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs can help us assess the problem. Prysmatic covers return shipping for company errors, damaged goods and defective items. The unused/original-packaging conditions for change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting these issues. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution with you.
Return shipping & fees
Customers pay return shipping when changing their mind. There is no restocking fee. Obtain authorization before returning an item so we can identify and process your return.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are automatically returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help with a refund.
